For as long as I can remember, I've been the person who figures out what needs to be done and gets on with it. I always say yes, figure out how and resolve problems by working through them. It was never supposed to be a methodology. It's just how I'm wired.
For over 15 years I've been partnering with companies at different stages with different problems. Companies with ambition, great products and founders working all hours of the day. There is always the same problem though: no structure, no processes and no visibility across the business.
My background started in Customer Success and Support including onboarding and over the years has expanded to cover commercial operations and go-to-market execution across SaaS, fintech, AI and Web3.
The pattern has always been the same. I come in, understand how things are actually working versus how people think they are working and build the foundations that allow the business to grow without breaking.
I founded my business in 2020 as Virtually Here For You. In January 2025 I rebranded and repositioned as Sukses Today. Now, we have a defined practice with a clear methodology and a focus on execution over advice.
Where the foundations were built. Started as an Account Manager in the creative industry, migrating clients from on-premise to SaaS. Progressed through Customer Success into senior management over 9 years, eventually leading CS and Global Support across multiple product lines. 2000+ customers globally, a team of 9 and consistent 100%+ quota attainment. This is where the pattern first emerged: joining without structure and building the systems that allow a business to scale.
Built the Partner Success and Support organisation during a period of rapid global growth. Designed onboarding, support operations and partner experience for a high-volume crypto lending platform.
Joined as Global Director of Customer Success and Support. Split CS and Support into two structured teams, implemented Zendesk, designed onboarding frameworks and built lifecycle, retention and expansion systems.
Co-founded a fractional revenue leadership consultancy focused on Web3 companies. Supported early-stage startups across the full customer lifecycle — GTM execution, partnerships, onboarding, retention and operational process design.
Operating as the execution layer between founder intent and operational delivery. Working embedded within early-stage and scaling companies across fintech, SaaS, AI and Web3 to build the systems, processes and infrastructure required to scale.
